We are seeking both fresher and experienced candidates who are qualified as:

Chartered Accountants (CA)
Cost and Management Accountants (CMA)

In addition, we are also looking for semi-qualified professionals, such as CA and CMA inters. Male candidates are preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Audit Executive at BSCPL Infrastructure, you will be tasked with a variety of duties that will require a keen eye for detail, analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of internal audit processes. Some of your responsibilities will include:

Audit Report Preparation: Finalizing draft audit reports and preparing detailed documentation based on your findings.
Ledger Scrutiny: Conducting detailed ledger reviews and sampling to ensure accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
Site Clarifications: Interfacing with site authorities to clarify audit-related queries and ensure compliance at various project locations.
Verification of Critical Areas: Based on observations made by subordinates, you will verify critical areas that may have potential risks or inefficiencies.
Conduct Market Surveys: Investigate and conduct personal inquiries to identify trends and validate financial claims.
Internal Control Systems: Proposing suggestive internal control systems to streamline processes and minimize financial risks.
Asset and Material Verification: Performing physical verification of fixed assets, sensitive materials, high-value items, and work execution.
DPR Analysis: Analyzing Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and logbooks to ensure labor deployment and project milestones are achieved on time.
Scrap Sales and Establishment Expenses: Reviewing establishment costs and scrap sales to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Compliance and Contract Reviews: Verifying compliance with legal requirements, licenses, and project-related agreements such as Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs).

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leaders/Assistant Managers

Supervision: Leading and guiding audit team members, ensuring their observations are reviewed and verified for accuracy.
Sub-contractor and Journal Voucher Verification: Ensuring that all sub-contractor bills and journal vouchers are properly accounted for.
Interdepartmental Reconciliation: Monitoring interdepartmental reconciliations, verifying statutory compliances like TDS, GST, PF, and ensuring manpower utilization aligns with project requirements.
Vehicle and Machinery Utilization: Overseeing the proper use of company vehicles and machinery, including hire machinery, ensuring compliance with repair, maintenance, and utilization policies.
