Job Location for Axis Bank Recruitment 2024:For the business development associate roles, job locations will be across India. For relationship manager posts, the location will specifically be Vijayawada.

Name of Vacancies and Number of Posts:There are two types of vacancies:

Business Development Associate
Relationship Manager

Responsibilities of Business Development Associate:

Bring new customers to the bank and look for new business opportunities.
Sell banking & investment products/services based on customer needs.
Handle customer queries to ensure they are satisfied.
Spot sales chances for both the bank and third-party products by gaining new customers & building new relationships.
Contact existing customers to encourage deposits and cross-sell more products.
Meet daily and monthly sales targets set by the organization.
Complete all mandatory certifications needed for the role.
Participate in learning activities organized by the bank from time to time.
Manage relationships with existing customers to deepen connections.
Daily entry of interactions with customers in the bank’s CRM system.
Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.
Participate in all initiatives started by the bank.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay: For a business development associate position, you’ll earn Rs 25,000 per month. For a relationship manager role, the salary is Rs 33,300 per month approximately.
