For those joining the TCS B.Sc Smart Hiring program – we focus on growing talent (like yours) and giving solid training so you’re ready to rock your role.

Some highlights:

Techno Functional roles available in various domains like Engineering, Quality Assurance & Data Analytics.
Structured training covering technical skills, domain knowledge & soft skills – bridging that academic-to-industry gap.
Roles require good communication skills (both talking and writing), teamwork & strong analysis abilities.

Test Eligibility:

Courses & Discipline: Full-time grads from BCA, B.Sc (IT, Computer Science, Maths, Data Science, Stats, Physics, Chem, Electronics, Cyber Security, Biochem), B.Voc (CS/IT) batch of 2024.
Percentage: Minimum aggregate of 50%+ or equivalent CGPA in each ‘Class 10th’, ‘Class 12th’, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation (including final year/semester).
No backlogs at selection time. Finish course within stipulated duration.
Declare any education gaps in the TCS Application Form; should not exceed 24 months. Relevant documents needed for proof of education gaps.
Extended Education: Course must be completed within given time frame.
Course Types: Only Full-Time courses count (No Part-Time/Correspondence). NIOS secondary/senior secondary course completers welcome if other courses are full-time.
Age: Between 18 – 28 years.
Work Experience: Entry-level role but declare any prior work experience in the TCS Application form with supporting documents at selection time.
