Job Overview:
Position: Customer Support (Freshers) – International Voice Process
Experience: 0-1 year
Salary: ₹1-2.25 Lacs P.A.
Location: Hyderabad (Uppal)
Shift Timings: 7AM to 4PM ; 9:30PM to 6:30AM
Work Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships through effective communication
Provide accurate and complete information using appropriate tools
Follow company guidelines and policies
Go above and beyond to engage customers
Demonstrate excellent phone handling and active listening skills
Multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally
Collaborate with other service desks across the process
Perform analysis and suggest solutions for smooth operations
Complete tasks assigned by supervisors
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Undergraduate/Any Graduate (Except BE/B.Tech)
Excellent communication skills in English
Fresh graduates welcome
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
