Job Overview: Customer Care Executive at Neuberg Diagnostics

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 0-2 years

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1.75 Lakhs per annum

Work Hours: 2 PM to 10 PM (Rotational Week Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)

Assist with appointment bookings and rescheduling

Provide information on diagnostic services and products

Resolve customer complaints efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality

Qualifications and Skills:

Any graduate degree

6 months to 1 year of customer support experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience and professionalism in handling customer queries

Basic knowledge of medical diagnostics (preferred)

Male candidates only
