Job Details:

• Job Title: Graduate Trainee 
• Role – Global Service Desk role, solve network hardware and software problems for customers, responds to telephone calls, email, instant messages, and assigned tickets from users 
• Desirable Skill: Excellent Communication Skill 
• Type of Employment: Full Time Role 
• Eligibility : BCA, B.Sc, BA, B.Com ,BBA, BE/ B.Tech
• Highest Qualification : Undergraduate 
• Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above throughout the academics and no backlogs.
• UG Passing Year: 2024 

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree

To qualify for the role candidates must possess  any Bachelor’s Degree . Higher qualification is preferred.

Documents to bring along with you

1. Carry 3-4 copies of Resume with photo attached.
2. 10th, 12th,UG/PG– original mark sheets and Xerox

Please note: Do not carry laptop, pendrive or any storage device to the office premises.
