R1 RCM is excited to welcome certified Medical Coders to join our team in the Outpatient Coding department.
Position: Medical Coder
Experience Level: Freshers
Certification Requirement: A medical coding certification is required
Shifts: 24×7 rotational shifts
Cab Facility: 2-way cab provided
Work Mode: Work from Office only

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / Pharma-D
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Nursing
- BPT / BHMS / BAMS
- Candidates must be graduates from the years 2024, 2023, or 2022 with a minimum 60% score or 6.5 CGPA in all academic qualifications.
Required Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, pharmacology, and disease processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work independently and adapt to shift schedules (Work from Office)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
