Qualifications:
- Qualification: Graduate fresher- BBA., BA., B.Com., BCA., B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths) and 12+Diploma., Passed out year – 2019 to 2024
- Please Note: B.E/B.Tech/ME/ M.Tech are not eligible to apply
Job Highlights:
- Shift Timing : 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM Or 7 PM to 4 AM Night Shift (US Shift) Should be flexible for both the shift
- Should be comfortable working with Night shifts

Job Description:
- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create a positive brand image of our services among prospective clients, especially SMEs.
- Reach out to customers via phone to explain the advantages and features of our services, stimulating interest and encouraging purchase decisions.
- Address customer inquiries and provide details about pricing, services, and options to help customers make informed choices.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments between sales representatives and clients to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Maintain and manage follow-up data, keeping track of client interactions and progress.
- Provide feedback on potential clients to the Team Lead, ensuring regular updates on follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned targets within the designated timelines.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to engage clearly and effectively with customers.
- Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and methods for promoting services.
- Strong team player with the flexibility to work independently as needed.
- Ability to adapt to changes and perform well under varied circumstances.
- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly desktop applications.
Salary Structure:
- For Freshers:
- First 3 Months: CTC of 16,000 per month
- From the 4th Month: Salary revised to 20,000 per month
- Retention Bonus: 12,000 credited in the 4th month
Educational Qualifications : Any Bachelor’s degree
To qualify for the role candidates must possess Any Degree. in a relevant field. Higher qualification is preferred.
Age Requirement : 18 Years
