Engagement of Graduate Apprentice / Technician Apprentice / Trade Apprentice – 2024
Job Role : Apprentice
RCF Ltd. invites applications from eligible candidates for the 2024 Apprenticeship Program, offering training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. A total of 378 positions are available for Graduate Apprentices, Technician Apprentices, and Trade Apprentices.
The training will be conducted at the Trombay Unit (Mumbai) and Thal Unit (Raigad District).
- Graduate Apprentice – 150
- Technician Apprentice – 100
- Trade Apprentice – 128
- Total – 378
Required Education & Experience:
- Graduate Apprentice
- Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Candidate must hold a Graduate degree in the relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute.
- Training Duration: 12 months
- 2. Technician Apprentice
- Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline from a recognized institute.
- Training Duration: 12 months
- 3. Trade Apprentice
- Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: ITI Certification in the relevant trade from a recognized institution.
- Training Duration: 6-12 months depending on the trade.

- Commencement of online registration of applications by candidates – 10.12.2024 at 10.00 am
- Last date for receipt of online applications- 24.12.2024 till 05.00 pm
Educational Qualifications : Graduation/ Diploma in Engineering/ITI
- Graduates in any discipline from a University/Institution/Board recognized by the Government of India/UGC/other Government regulatory Bodies.
Age Requirement : 18 – 25 Years
- Candidates applying for this position should meet the minimum age requirement that is set by the company.

Graduate apprentices or degree apprentices or degree in any stream Rs.9000/- per month
