Job Responsibilities:

Proctor exams virtually, including exam start-up, monitoring, and submission.

Ensure adherence to client exam rules and company guidelines.

Assist test takers with any technical or process issues during exams.

Validate and verify test takers’ identity.

Supervise the examination process end-to-end and document appropriately.

Log any interventions or issues for internal reporting.

Communicate with test takers via chat or email to provide excellent support.

Report technical issues promptly to the technical support team.

Participate in weekly review meetings and continuous improvement activities.

Job Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good technical aptitude, especially in web-based applications and Microsoft Office Suite (O365 preferred).

Ability to handle issues quickly, think critically, and provide resolutions.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on user satisfaction.

Ability to work effectively during rotational night shifts.
