Responsibilities
Recruiter
- Educate stakeholders on recruitment processes, trends, and analytics.
- Manage recruitment metrics and dashboards.
- Drive employee referral programs.
- Promote brand advocacy among employees.
- Optimize recruitment workflows and enhance candidate experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure SLA compliance.
Research Intern
- Define real-world research problems and build data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to research papers and industry tools.
- Perform surveys and POCs (Proof of Concepts).
- Learn and analyze upcoming trends in industrial research.
- Support product development based on research insights.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Recruiter: Graduate in any discipline with at least 1 year of sourcing/recruitment experience.
- Research Intern: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome).
Age Limit
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- No upper age limit is specified.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and related applications
- Ability to handle pressure and collaborate with teams
- Analytical mindset and customer-centric approach
Salary Details
- Recruiter: ₹32,500/month (approx.)
- Research Intern: ₹21,600/month (approx.)
