Responsibilities
- Review violative and controversial video content which may include graphic or violent content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
- Enforce YouTube’s content policies and ensure quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team.
- Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring quality enforcement and written communication and policy analysis.
- Provide insights from content review that drives future Policy and Enforcement Operations improvements.
Minimum qualifications:

- Experience in problem solving, review or assessment with digital content.
- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content with identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy.
- Excellent business judgment, collaboration, communication and investigative skills with using data to drive strategy and business actions.
