About the role
As a Customer Delight Associate, you’ll be part of a passionate team focused on turning complaints into compliments with speed, heart and thoughtful problem-solving. you’ll be a problem solver, a listener, and a brand ambassador. Your main goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring every interaction leaves the customer satisfied. You will communicate with customers via chat, email, and occasionally calls, handling everything from general queries to complaints. The role requires empathy, quick thinking, and the ability to find creative solutions under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Engage with our customers across chats, emails and calls to resolve their queries
- Work in rotational shifts, as per the business requirements
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate and timely responses
- Turn complaints into positive experiences through thoughtful problem-solving and empathy.
- Work from office 5 days a week
Skills Required
- A customer-first mindset and is a natural problem solver
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
- Fluency in any regional language is a plus (but not mandatory)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to think quickly and find solutions on the spot
- Comfort with using chat and email support tools
