Roles & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Apprentice, you will:
Assist in day-to-day branch operations.
Learn customer service and banking procedures.
Support clerical and administrative activities under supervision.
Work with banking software and digital platforms.
Gain knowledge of financial documentation and reporting.
👉 Note: Apprentices are not permanent employees. After completion, candidates will receive a training certificate jointly issued by Canara Bank and NATS.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Degree completion should be between 01.01.2022 – 01.09.2025.
Candidates with prior apprenticeship or job experience of more than 1 year are not eligible.
Age Limit (as of 01.09.2025)
20 – 28 years
Relaxations: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwBD – 10 years, Widows/divorced women – up to 35–40 years.
Skills Required
Proficiency in local language of the state applied for.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Vacancies & Stipend
Total Seats: 3500 (state-wise distribution available in official notification).
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
₹10,500 from Canara Bank.
₹4,500 from Government of India (DBT mode).
