Key Responsibilities
As part of the Swiss Financial Reporting & Analysis Team, the Associate Analyst will be responsible for:
- Financial Reporting: Preparing reports on financial performance for leadership reviews and management presentations.
- Engagement Management: Handling various engagement activities and assisting in day-to-day reporting tasks.
- Revenue and Cost Analysis: Supporting client revenue analysis, monitoring timesheets, and ensuring accurate cost variance reporting.
- Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Closures: Assisting in closing activities and participating in budgeting and planning processes.
- Balance Sheet Control: Supporting balance sheet reconciliations and cost variance analysis.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting: Conducting reporting activities for multiple stakeholders across various topics.
- Collaboration with Financial Controllers: Participating in meetings with partners and addressing open financial issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related fields.
