The PMO plays a critical role in supporting project managers, client partners, and internal teams by ensuring smooth project operations. You will coordinate staffing, finance, onboarding/offboarding, and infrastructure requirements, while also maintaining operational dashboards and MIS reports for leadership review. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and attention to detail to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage staffing, onboarding/offboarding, and infrastructure needs.
- Support client partners and delivery executives on new opportunities, maintaining pipeline hygiene.
- Coordinate with BU staffing partners and practices to forecast and fulfill account requirements.
- Facilitate onboarding/offboarding processes, adhering to account and organizational guidelines.
- Create new projects and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure weekly and monthly time compliance across the account.
- Manage resource requisitions and allocations for project teams.
- Oversee space and infrastructure allocations for project teams.
- Collect data from stakeholders and publish dashboards and MIS reports as per timelines.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to streamline operational activities.
- Manage, correlate, and streamline various operational data for leadership insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to plan work activities, multitask, and adhere to deadlines.
- Exposure to stakeholder management and coordination.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with end clients (customers).
- Familiarity with Fieldglass or similar project management tools is essential.
- Basic understanding of project operations and PMO processes.
