This role is designed for candidates passionate about HR Analytics, data-driven decision-making, and business analysis. As an Analytics and Modeling Associate, you will support HR functions, improve workforce productivity, and enable leadership with insights that enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reporting & Data Analysis
- Handle BAU (Business-As-Usual) reporting activities independently.
- Extract, clean, and analyze HR data from multiple tools.
- Maintain strict data confidentiality and privacy.
- Support internal teams and leadership with ad-hoc reports.
2. Stakeholder & Client Collaboration
- Understand reporting requirements accurately and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Interact with global stakeholders and recommend suitable solutions.
- Act as a consultant by understanding problem statements and proposing analytical insights.
3. Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and refine ongoing processes.
- Maintain SOPs and improve reporting workflows.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal manual effort.
4. Data Quality & Automation
- Perform data validation and promptly flag inconsistencies.
- Look for automation opportunities to support Continuous Improvement (CI) goals.
- Learn and adopt new tools, technologies, or analytical frameworks.
5. Mentorship & Team Contribution
- Mentor junior team members through knowledge sharing.
- Support KPIs and team goals actively.
- Participate in team development initiatives.
Skills Required
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience in coding or automation using:
- VBA
- R
- Python
- Visualization tools:
- Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio
- Knowledge of SQL for writing or customizing scripts
- Exposure to cloud or ETL systems such as:
- AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- HR analytics and process understanding—Employee Life Cycle, HR data models
- Experience with SuccessFactors Reporting (AdHoc, ORD, Report Stories, WFA) (Preferred)
