Job Role: Data Analyst – Skills Taxonomy & Workforce Architecture
Role Overview
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and management to analyze organizational data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities. Your work will directly impact IBM’s operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Key Objectives of the Role
- Identify meaningful business trends and opportunities through data analysis
- Improve operational efficiency by analyzing workflows and processes
- Support decision-making with timely business and financial analytics
- Develop data-backed roadmaps and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with national and local regulations
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interpret data using analytics, research methods, and statistical techniques
- Perform end-to-end analytics projects from requirement gathering to execution
- Collect, clean, manipulate, and export large datasets
- Analyze business procedures, policies, and workflows
- Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and flowcharts for stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate KPIs and recommend process or business plan updates
- Act as a liaison between management and operational teams
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
