Job Role: International Voice Process – Associate
This role involves handling inbound calls from international customers and providing accurate solutions to their queries. The process mainly supports UK-based customers, so candidates must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from international customers
