Job Details
Position: Service Desk Analyst (Technical Support)
Support Channels: Calls, Chats, and Emails
Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work From Office (5 days per week)
Shift: Rotational shifts, including night shifts
Transport: One-way transport (7 PM – 7 AM, within 30 km radius)
Office Hours: 9.5 hours per day
Key Responsibilities
- Assist end users with application issues, system administration queries, and network concerns
- Diagnose, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via call/chat/email
- Identify and escalate urgent tickets requiring immediate action
- Log all interactions and document activities in the incident management tool
- Handle and resolve helpdesk requests efficiently
Required Qualifications
Education: Any Graduate
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of technical troubleshooting
- Helpdesk and Service Desk operations
- Ticketing systems knowledge
- IT Service Desk management
- Log management
