What Would You Do?

You will work within our Finance Operations sector, supporting financial outcomes by gathering operational data/reports, performing analysis, and reconciling transactions. This role involves optimizing working capital, providing real-time visibility, managing revenue and cash flow end-to-end, and streamlining billing processes. The team manages the entire process from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.

Cash Application Processing Team: This team handles cash application queries and coordinates with customers. Tasks include understanding cash applications, processing unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and managing payment receipt finalization.

Billing Processing Team: This team is responsible for creating and issuing customer invoices, reviewing debit notes, and identifying gaps in the process. Responsibilities include understanding invoicing, collections, account receivables, order management, sales orders, order processing, order fulfillment, and journal entries. Additionally, the role may involve following up with the sales team for reasons behind issued debit notes and unrecognized revenue.
