Job Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) through analysis and outbound calls.
- Follow up on outstanding healthcare claims.
- Resolve claim denials and payment issues.
- Update call outcomes in the billing system.
- Meet production and quality SLAs.
- Identify trends in claim denials and billing issues.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.
- Improve performance based on feedback from quality and reporting managers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
