Educational Qualification

Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a University established under a Central/State/Provincial Act in India, or from an institution recognised by the UGC.
Mandatory: Candidate must follow the Hindu religion.

Age Limit

For APPSC recruitment, the minimum age requirement is 18 years, meaning candidates must have completed 18 years of age on or before the cut-off date mentioned in the notification.
The maximum age limit is 42 years, meaning candidates should not have completed 42 years as of the specified date. However, certain categories, such as SC, ST, BC, ex-servicemen, and persons with disabilities, are eligible for age relaxations as per Andhra Pradesh government rules.

Age Relaxations:

For SC/ST/BC/EWS – Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backwards Classes, or Economically Weaker Sections are given a relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) – Eligible candidates with benchmark disabilities get 10 years of relaxation.
Ex-Servicemen – The age limit is relaxed by the length of military service rendered plus 3 years.
NCC Instructors – The age limit is relaxed by the length of service rendered in NCC, plus 3 years.
Government Employees – Current employees of the Andhra Pradesh State Government can get up to 5 years of erelaxation
Retrenched Temporary Employees – Those who were retrenched from service in the state government will receive a 3-year relaxation.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a monthly pay scale of ₹25,220 – ₹80,910 as per government norms.

APPSC Executive Officer Grade-III Selection Process 2025

Written Examination (Objective Type – OMR-based) – Two papers

Computer Proficiency Test (CPT)

Negative Marking: 1/3 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – The test duration is 60 minutes, and it carries a total of 100 marks.
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- OC (Open Category) – Must score at least 40%
- BC (Backward Classes) – Must score at least 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD – Must score at least 30%

Examination Fee: ₹80/-
Fee Exemption: SC/ST/BC/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen, families with AP White Ration Card, unemployed youth.
Other State Candidates: ₹330/- (no exemption).

Complete OTPR Registration (One Time Profile Registration) if not already done.
Log in using OTPR ID & Password.
Click on Online Application Submission.
Fill in the required details and click Save & Submit.
Pay the fee online.
