Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will handle incoming customer calls to resolve queries, track orders, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands clear communication, empathy, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

📌 Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 / Diploma / Graduation (in any stream)
  • Typing Speed: Minimum 20 to 25 WPM
  • Languages Required: English, Hindi & Telugu
  • Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Good attitude and customer-centric approach

Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu

Willingness to work in rotational shifts (between 6:00 AM to 11:45 PM)
