Position Description:
CGI is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global IT and business consulting environment. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition operations, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our hiring processes. This position is ideal for individuals eager to learn about HR technology, data-driven decision-making, and operational rigor within talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Technology Support: Using modern, AI-enabled tools to improve hiring processes
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assisting in TA-related data reporting and analysis
- Operational Rigor: Collaborate with the larger TA team, to ensure adherence to operational procedures and implementing TA projects, contributing to a streamlined and efficient talent acquisition process
- Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates, to ensure smooth talent acquisition operations.

Education & Experience Requirements:
Candidates must hold an MBA in Human Resources (mandatory) along with any full-time undergraduate degree. This internship is open to individuals with 0–1 year of experience, making it ideal for freshers. Applicants must be enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. It’s also essential that candidates have no active academic backlogs at the time of applying.
