- Call to check claim status and verify payments.
- Contact US insurance companies for claim issues.
- Validate and appeal claims.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolve issues.

“A denial means the insurance company has processed the claim but refused to pay due to specific reasons, such as lack of medical necessity. A rejection means the claim was not processed at all, usually due to errors in the submission, such as incorrect patient details or missing codes.”
