Role Overview

The ServiceNow Analyst role focuses on implementing and supporting enterprise solutions using the ServiceNow platform. Candidates in this role will work with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, ITAM, and GRC to help organizations manage IT services and business processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Implementation

  • Support end-to-end ServiceNow implementations across modules such as ITSM, GRC, ITAM, HRSD, or ITOM.

Requirement Analysis

  • Conduct sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Platform Configuration

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow components including:
    • Forms
    • Workflows
    • Business rules
    • Integrations

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work with different teams to ensure smooth integration and data flow across modules.

Advisory and Best Practices

  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow platform best practices, governance, and optimization.
