Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate Trainee (Proctor), you will play a vital role in supporting test takers by:
- Proctoring online exams and ensuring compliance with client exam protocols.
- Assisting candidates with technical issues during exams related to internet, audio/video, or platform problems.
- Acting as the communication bridge between test takers and internal operations or technical teams.
- Verifying the identity of test takers and guiding them through the exam procedures.
- Maintaining exam documentation and logging interventions.
- Providing customer service through chat and email support.
- Participating in internal review and training sessions.
Required Skills and Attributes
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good technical aptitude, especially in using web-based platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver top-notch customer service.
- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts (5-day work week).
