Job Role
The Customer Support Executive role mainly focuses on handling customer queries through voice or blended communication channels. Candidates will interact directly with customers, help resolve their issues, and ensure they receive a good service experience.
This role is suitable for people who enjoy communicating with customers and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will perform the following tasks:
- Handle incoming customer calls and service inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about services and products.
