Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate (CSA) in the International Voice Process, you will be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve:
- Answering inbound customer queries through voice support.
- Providing fast, friendly, and effective resolutions.
- Offering accurate and personalized solutions to customers.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through professional service.
- Working on a rotational shift, 5 days a week.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any graduate from a recognized university (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, B.Ed, etc.)
- Experience: 0 years (Freshers only)
- Language: Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Shift: Rotational shifts (including night shifts as per business needs).
