Ford Hiring Digital Marketing Analyst About the Role
The Digital Marketing Analyst at Ford plays a key role in supporting upcoming model launches, updating product information, verifying digital content, coordinating with global teams, and ensuring smooth execution of digital processes. Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical thinking are essential for this position.
This is an on-site role in Chennai, giving candidates hands-on experience in a fast-paced automotive digital operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collecting Market Data for New Model Launches
The analyst will interact with respective market contacts to gather:
- Latest price lists
- Updated order guides
These details are crucial for launching new Ford vehicle models in different markets.
2. Updating Daily Metrics Tracker
Ford requires accurate reporting. The analyst must update the Daily Metrics Tracker with all requests, changes, and workflow progress so the team stays aligned.
3. Image Requests & Verification Process
Ford works with external agency Oliver for vehicle images. The analyst will:
- Raise image requests for new models
- Request modifications if needed
- Update the Oliver metrics sheet
- Verify the images received
- Approve them before sending for market-level review
4. Content Review & Approval in GPRS
The analyst will check the inputs made by the internal team in Ford’s GPRS system, verify them, and forward them to market contacts for approval. Accuracy is critical as this data appears on Ford’s digital platforms.
5. Preview Site Validation & Cache Clearing
After updates are made:
- Check the test client
- Raise tickets with the BSL team for cache clearing
- Communicate with market contacts for preview site approval
6. Publishing Updates to Production (PROD)
Once approved:
- Raise publishing requests with Ford’s Prague Team
- Push data to the PROD site
- Request cache clear again
- Re-verify all updates on the live site
- Inform the NSC (National Sales Company) once complete
7. Additional Support Tasks
The analyst may also be responsible for:
- Updating the Engine Fuel Table
- Downloading images manually for legacy applications
- Supporting other team members as needed
Eligibility & Qualifications
