Job Highlights:
- We are looking for Freshers with Excellent communication,Proficient in writing,reading and speaking English & Hindi,Excellent customer service skills,should be okay with Voice process,interpersonal skills. Map,evaluate,and report data in order to manage client recommendations
- Should be able to create Training Material based on the activity.
Job Description:
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Analytical skills with customer centric approach
- You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Skill Set:
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analysis skills
- Strong ability to understand complex logic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to respond to client demands as well as internal requirements while identifying and balancing competing priorities
- Able to meet deadlines
- Basic Excel and Word capabilities

Educational Qualifications : Any Bachelor’s degree
