Openings and Eligibility Criteria

HDB Financial Services is looking to fill HR Processor positions across its branches in Hyderabad, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. The company is committed to bringing in fresh talent who have the enthusiasm and determination to succeed in sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: Freshers are encouraged, but candidates with prior experience in sales or customer relationship management will have an added advantage.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local language is essential.
  • Skills: Candidates should possess strong communication skills, selling capabilities, and a customer-oriented approach.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all recruitment activities with attention to detail and efficiency.
  2. Conduct HR interviews across various regions.
  3. Manage HRIC and appointment letter requests on a daily basis.
  4. Notify and guide mentors on addressing discrepancies to resolve FTNR (First Time Not Right).
  5. Work closely with Sales Managers (SM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), and the Central Operations team to resolve discrepancies.
  6. Address emails and recruitment-related queries from mentors promptly.
  7. Send daily FTNR recruitment MIS reports and prepare additional HR Operations-related MIS as needed.
  8. Collaborate with Sales Managers to ensure smooth completion of employee joining formalities across India.
  9. Take on projects aligned with new HR initiatives as assigned.
  10. Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle end-to-end.
  11. Follow up with the business team regarding HRIC.
  12. Facilitate coordination and communication with the business team.
  13. Resolve HRIC-related queries and discrepancies.
  14. Generate and manage MIS reports.

Mandatory Skills:

  1. Graduation is required.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Excel.
  4. Punctuality and adherence to deadlines.
  5. Excellent customer service skills.
  6. Strong coordination abilities to effectively connect business, employees, and other stakeholders.
