About the Role
Hexaware Technologies is currently hiring for the position of Ecommerce – Email Process (Advisor). This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service and are comfortable managing multiple communication channels.
The selected candidate will handle email, chat, and voice-based customer interactions for a leading ecommerce client. As part of a blended process, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email communications with customers.
- Provide accurate information and effective resolutions for ecommerce-related queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and professional communication.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote (work-from-home) environment.
- Maintain service quality standards as defined by Hexaware’s client requirements.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable handling chat, email, and voice processes.
- Ability to handle customers with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Good typing speed and familiarity with basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (Any stream).
- Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Candidates with BPO, KPO, Voice, or Non-Voice process experience will have an advantage.
- Should be open to working in rotational shifts if required.
Preferred Skills
- Blended Process / Voice / Non-Voice / Email Support experience.
- Knowledge of international BPO processes such as UK or US shifts.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Experience in handling e-commerce or retail customer queries.
- Ability to manage customer expectations effectively.
