Job Responsibilities
- As an AR Caller (Apprenticeship Trainee), you will be trained and responsible for the following tasks:
- Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims and patient accounts
- Initiate outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on pending claims
- Understand denial codes and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Document call details and update the system with accurate information
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate unresolved claims or issues
- Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of computers and documentation
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Willingness to learn AR Calling processes
Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-technical bachelor’s degree graduates (B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BA, etc.)
- Within the last 5 years of passing out(2020-2025 graduates)
- No active backlogs
- No prior work experience; candidates should not have enrolled in any apprenticeship program before and should not have a UAN/PF account.
