The GO-AI Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the operational excellence of Amazon Fulfillment Centers. As part of this position, you will:
- Analyze Videos: Watch and carefully review videos of stowing activities captured at fulfillment centers. Understand the activities thoroughly to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Annotate Using Tools: Apply human judgment and utilize Amazon-provided tools to annotate videos and images with precise and relevant details. This involves marking the location of products accurately and making observations to improve stow quality.
- Verify Product Locations: Use your skills to verify and validate product placements as shown in the videos. This contributes significantly to enhancing the quality and accuracy of fulfillment center operations.
- Accuracy and Consistency: Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in all tasks performed. Precision and attention to detail are critical for this role.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with remote teams, demonstrating exceptional teamwork and communication skills to achieve shared objectives.
Basic Qualifications:

Work Environment:
Shifts: This role requires working in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts. Each shift is 9 hours long, including breaks. Shift timings may change periodically based on business needs.
Remote Work: Perform all tasks from the comfort of your home, ensuring a stable and secure internet connection to meet operational requirements.
Weekly Offs: Employees are entitled to two consecutive days off per week, but these days may not necessarily fall on weekends. The schedule is determined based on rotational shifts.
Night Shift Allowance: For those assigned to night shifts, a night shift allowance will be provided in accordance with Amazon’s policies.
