Educational Qualification

Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative – 

Answering inbound calls and addressing clients queries making outbound calls for collections and informing them regarding pending EMI and also doing sales pitch for various products

Following up on cases and get it closed within defined TAT

Liaise with the department in resolving the cases.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Manager 

End to end resolution of requests/ complaints, escalations received from the customers, regulators and senior management with quality communication within the defined turn around time

Preparing weekly, fortnight and monthly MIS

Complaint analysis to identify major areas of customer dissonance and suggesting ways to reduce them.

Knowledge and Skills Required – 

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Eye for details

Proficient in MS Office applications

Strong interpersonal skills

Knowledge of systems like Siebel, Core

Should be a quick thinker and able to communicate resolution/ solutions to customers effectively

Ability to handle pressure and meeting deadlines

Keep the customer first in all perspectives.

Salary for Kotak Mahindra

Kotak Mahindra is paying salary for manager post . Rs 33,300 per month approximately. And representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,700 per month approximatelyThis salary structure is based on other platforms but it is close to near.
