Role and Responsibilities

Assist the delivery of the associated integrated marketing and communications plan -delivering digital campaigns and monthly activities for multiple audience segments

Be the team custodian and support by keeping to internal processes and governance to meet compliance rules as well as continued maintenance on the content and resources. And that may or may not encompass mailboxes, websites, portals and platforms

Project managing with CREATE – building strong, positive relationships with our team of designers whilst supporting in the quality assurance of work produced by CREATE

Owns and manages existing content (i.e. Prospectus Online, curriculum updates, open course schedule etc.) as well as assets/tools (i.e. campaigns kit-bags) to maintain it to keep the quality high

Collaborate with internal programme teams communication support, oversight and guidance as required Exercise programme-wide conformity with client communications policies and procedures

Help Maintain Brand Compliance With Marketing Collateral, Proposals, SLA Trackers etc..; Ensuring A Consistent Brand Identity And Messaging

Contribute to the improvement of our service from creating FAQs, credentials, evaluation results etc. for e.g. providing knowledge sharing tools within programme communications and assets)++;

Support on all new products on communications activity releasing to service

Drive live product maintenance and ongoing optimisation leveraging from opportunities for standardising and fine-tuning core marketing deliverables

Track campaign activity KPIs Report on analytics, ROI and engagement metrics.

Head the team CRM module, develop & maintain a customer contact database and compliance of DB for GDPR. This will require the analysis and segmentation of contacts to create targeted lists

Support the planning and delivery of events through-out the year including business development engagements with key target accounts to regional roadshows to mass audiences.

Day to day admin help on the running of the team, administration and internal processesadherence — eg budget reporting.

Qualifications

Skillset: Mandatory technical & functional skills

Respected as a leader, able to bring projects and initiatives to completion in timely manner.

Experience with website content management and cloud site mgt. an effective project manager/coordinator/administrator.

Able to deal with pressure and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.

Excels at teamwork; Works effectively with peers and constituents

Good at producing great work under tight deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft software, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Compiling results and Analysis

Extremely averse to incorrect spelling, punctuation and grammar

Key technical & functional Skill Set

Some knowledge of HTML code

Marketing and/or communications experience

Creativity in idea generation

Experience with Adobe InDesign/Photoshop

Proficient with Microsoft Azure
