Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of game features, functionality, and performance to identify defects and ensure overall quality.
- Execute test cases and test plans according to project requirements and deadlines.
- Document and track bugs using designated bug tracking tools, providing detailed descriptions and steps to reproduce.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test cases, test plans, and testing reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to game testing methodologies and tools.
- Adhere to quality assurance processes and standards to ensure consistency and efficiency in testing procedures.
- Contribute to the overall improvement of the QA process by providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements.

- In-depth knowledge of multiple game genres (e.g., RPG, FPS, strategy, sports).

Interview Process
- HR Screening:

- Assessment Round (Online at Office):
- Next, you’ll take an online test at their office. It may check your observation skills, basic game knowledge, and attention to detail.
- Operations Round (Face-to-Face):
- If you clear the test, you’ll attend a face-to-face interview with the operations team. They’ll ask about your gaming experience and test how well you understand game testing basics.
- NHT – New Hire Training (5 Days):
- You’ll go through a 5-day training session where you’ll learn about tools, techniques, and processes used in testing games. You must clear the certification at the end of this training.
- Final HR Discussion:
- After training, you’ll have another short round with HR to discuss the final details like salary, shift timings, and joining.
