  5. Escalate cases of non-payment or lack of response to the concerned department.

  8. Assist with cleanup of unapplied credits (UCs) and short-paid invoices.
  9. Send Dunning letters to customers for overdue payments.
  10. Coordinate and follow up with Sales/Operations teams regarding customer accounts.
  11. Update daily and weekly trackers, ensuring accuracy through self-quality checks.
  12. Adhere to company control and compliance policies.
  13. Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, billing, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  14. Regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  15. Participate actively in learning and development programs.

Educational Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate Degree in any discipline.
