Job Description

Tech Mahindra is hiring enthusiastic candidates for its International Voice Technical Support team. The role involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining high-quality service. Candidates will gain experience in Service Desk operations and develop expertise in IT support.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support (L1/L2)

  • Respond to customer queries via calls and emails.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Maintain proper documentation of incidents.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions.

Service Desk Operations

  • Work with ITSM Tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, CA Service Desk.
  • Manage Active Directory: User Management, Password Reset, Account Unlock.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office & O365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS (7/8/10) and desktop-related issues.
  • VPN / Citrix / Exchange Support.
  • Hardware & Network troubleshooting including LAN, Printers, and Devices.
  • Remote troubleshooting for Desktops, Laptops, Mobile devices, and Printers.
  • Basic knowledge of Antivirus, Patch Management, SCCM.
  • Excellent voice, email, and chat communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Fresher candidates are eligible (must not be pursuing studies).
  • 0 – 5 years of experience in International Technical Support only.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (night shifts, 24/7).
  • Work from office: Bahadurpally location.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of technical issues and troubleshooting.
