Responsibilities for Digital Relationship Executives –

Be the single point of contact for the customer’s banking needs.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives (Chat Process) –

Work with internal teams to help customers.
Enter data into various platforms.

Salary/Pay –

For digital relationship execs, the salary’s around Rs 20,100/month. For chat process customer service reps, it’s about Rs 26,600/month.
