Job Description:
- Graduate – Any Graduation
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken) with proficiency in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu languages.
- Candidate Should be comfortable with 6 Days working
- Rotational Shifts /rotational Weekoffs 24/7 shifts
- Immediate Joiner preferably people staying in Hyderabad .
- Work from office job.
- Salary – 16000 – 22000 CTC PM (including ESI & PF)
Skill Set:
- Proven customer support experience or sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
