As a Process Associate, you will be a crucial part of the customer success, service, and operations team, handling backend processes. Job Schedule and Shift Timings:

  • Working Days: The job involves a five-day working week, with Saturdays and Sundays off.
  • Shift Timings: The working hours for this position are 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM, giving employees a balanced day-to-day schedule.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary Package: The company offers a competitive salary, with a gross salary of ₹14,000 per month and a net take-home salary of ₹12,500. Additionally, employees are entitled to Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) benefits.
  • Incentives and Bonuses: Employees can look forward to quarterly incentives and an annual bonus based on their performance.
