Education and Eligibility Criteria
- 10th Standard: 60% or above
- 12th Standard: 60% or above
- Graduation: 60% or CGPA Equivalent to 6.0 or above as applicable by the university guidelines
- Open school or distance education is allowed for 10th & 12th only
- Other criteria
- Candidates are expected to clear the backlogs along with 8th semester.
- Max 3 years of GAP in education allowed (between 10th to commencement of graduation)
- No Gaps are allowed in the Graduation period. Graduation should be completed within 4 years from the start of the Graduation
- Should be from a Full-time Degree course recognized by the Central/State Government of India.
- Candidates will be invited for the test process, who have completed 3 months cool-off period from the previous assessment
- Should be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card, in the event of holding a passport of any other country.
- Bhutan and Nepal Nationals need to submit their citizenship certificate.

You should be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
Selection process
Round 1: Online Assessment
Online Assessment comprising of 3 sections:
- Aptitude Test
- Logical Reasoning (puzzles, patterns, problem-solving)
- Quantitative Ability (math-based questions)
- Verbal Ability (English grammar, reading comprehension)
- Written Communication Test
- Essay writing (You will be given a topic and must write a short essay to test your grammar and clarity)
- Programming Test
- You must write two programs in any one language from Java, C, C++, or Python.
Round 2: Voice Assessment
If you pass the online test, you will have a voice and communication skills test.
This checks Your English speaking skills and how well you communicate over a call like this.
Round 3: Business Discussion
This is like a final interview.
Here they will talk about your skills, projects, and interests and they test if you can handle real job situations and they could ask about your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
After Selection
- You will get a Letter of Intent (LOI) — this means Wipro is offering you the job (conditionally).
- Before joining, you will go through pre-skilling training (online learning to prepare you for the job).
- After you pass the pre-skilling, you will get the Offer Letter.
- Then you will join Wipro as a Project Engineer.

- Practice Aptitude Test like Practice puzzles, math problems, and English grammar daily.
- Read news articles and practice writing short essays.
