The non-voice process appeals to me because it aligns with my strengths in organization and attention to detail, and Wipro’s reputation for structured training and global opportunities makes it an ideal start to my career.”

2. What do you understand by a non-voice process?

Answer:
“A non-voice process involves handling client interactions via written channels like chat, email, or backend data systems rather than voice calls. It emphasizes accuracy, typing speed, attention to detail, and timely resolution, making it a great match for someone like me who excels in structured, focused work.”

3. Are you comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts?

Answer:
“Yes, I am fully open to rotational and night shifts. I understand Wipro supports global clients and operates 24/7, so flexibility is crucial. I plan ahead to maintain productivity and balance during such schedules.”

4. How would you handle an unclear or incomplete email from a client?

Answer:
“I’d draft a polite follow-up email asking for specific clarification. For example: ‘Thank you for reaching out. Could you please specify [required details] so I can assist you more effectively?’ This ensures accurate resolution and demonstrates professionalism.”

5. What strategies do you use to ensure accuracy in repetitive tasks?

Answer:
“I use a combination of checklists, double-checking entries, and leveraging Excel tools like conditional formatting to catch inconsistencies. I also take short breaks to avoid fatigue and maintain quality, especially during volume-heavy periods.”

6. Explain an SLA and a KPI in simple terms.

Answer:

  • SLA (Service Level Agreement): A formal contract defining what the service provider commits to deliver—like response time, quality, or uptime.
  • KPI (Key Performance Indicator): A measurable factor, such as response time or error rate, that reflects process performance and helps guide improvements.
These concepts help maintain service quality and track efficiency.
