Talent Acquisition Intern
- Source potential candidates using online channels and recruitment platforms.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for active and passive candidates to meet hiring demands.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout their journey, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align candidate fitment with business requirements.
- Maintain engagement with candidates until joining and leverage past applicants for new opportunities.
HR Intern
- Similar responsibilities as Talent Acquisition Intern, including sourcing, communication, and engagement.
- Assist in documentation of HR processes and candidate interactions.
- Support the HR team in recruitment and administrative activities.
Executive
- Source candidates for relevant job openings from platforms like Naukri, IIM Jobs, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and profile candidates for further validation via ATS.
- Maintain communication with internal stakeholders and provide timely updates.
- Develop a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage internal queries, maintain MIS, and ensure smooth candidate processing.
Educational Qualifications
- Talent Acquisition / HR Intern: Graduate in any discipline.
- Executive: Graduate in any discipline with at least 1 year of work experience.
Skills and Knowledge Required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interface with peers and mid/senior management effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
- Willingness to learn, adapt to new processes, and work under pressure.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required.
Work Experience
- HR Intern and Talent Acquisition Intern: No prior experience required; freshers can apply.
- Executive: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
