The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and adapt applications accordingly is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: – Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. – Responsible for team decisions. – Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. – Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. – Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience. – Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. – Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: – Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CRM Sales. – Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing SAP CRM modules to meet business requirements. – Experience in managing software as a service application releases and updates. – Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party tools within the SAP CRM environment. – Familiarity with low-code platforms to streamline application development and customization. – Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to maintain application stability and performance. Additional Information: – The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CRM Sales. – This position is based at our Mumbai office. – A 15 years full time education is required.
