Job Overview: Trainee Process Associate – AR Caller
AGS Health is seeking enthusiastic freshers to join their International Voice Process team. As an AR Caller, you’ll play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable and ensuring smooth financial operations for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and resolve outstanding AR through phone calls and available resources
• Utilize tools and applications to advance account resolution
• Identify and report trends in denials, claim submission errors, and billing roadblocks
• Meet established service level agreements for production and quality
• Update call outcomes and analysis in the billing system
• Adhere to and stay updated with policies and procedures
• Continuously improve performance based on feedback
Qualifications:
• Graduates from 2019 to 2024 batch
• Eligible degrees: BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), or 12+Diploma (3-year course)
• Note: B.E/B.Tech and ME/M.Tech graduates are not eligible

Work Details:
• Shift Timing: 05:30 PM to 2:30 AM or 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (US Night Shift)
