The GO-AI Operations team provides essential human auditing support to Amazon’s internal robotics and fulfillment technologies. Their core mission is to improve automation accuracy inside fulfillment centers by performing precise video and image audits.
As an Associate in this team, your primary responsibility is to review short videos of stowing actions in Amazon’s fulfillment centers and validate or mark the product locations with high accuracy. This helps maintain inventory integrity and improves the performance of automated systems.
This role is operational, accuracy-driven, and requires strong focus, attention to detail, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The Associate will:
🔍 Audit Videos and Images
- Watch several hundred short videos (15–20 seconds each) in every shift.
- Understand the stowing action and record the correct information using internal tools.
- Ensure extremely high accuracy and consistent performance in video-based evaluations.
⚙️ Maintain Productivity and Quality Goals
- Meet predefined targets on quality, speed, and behavioral consistency.
- Spend 6.8–7 hours per day actively responding to video tasks.
🏠 Workplace Expectations (WFH roles)
- Maintain a dedicated workspace with proper chair, desk, and lighting.
- Ensure work-related data is strictly accessible only by the employee.
🧠 General Requirements
- Ability to identify details even in blurry or low-quality videos.
- Strong focus and visual concentration for long periods.
- Cooperate with remote teams and attend virtual meetings with the laptop camera switched on.
Work Environment & Shifts
The GO-AI Operations team functions in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts where night allowance is provided.
- Associates work in 9-hour shifts including breaks.
- Shift timings may change every 3–4 months.
- Weekly off includes two consecutive days, not necessarily Saturday–Sunday.
- Associates must be ready to come to office occasionally, even in WFH arrangements.
About the GO-AI Operations Team
The team is responsible for reviewing videos/images from Amazon fulfillment centers to support hands-free active stowing. Their visual audits help refine machine learning systems, reduce defects, and improve automation accuracy.
